I’m proud to have been born and raised in Durham, N.C. - a dynamic city with a vibrant artistic community. I’ve been inspired by a wide range of music- from my mom’s old bluegrass records to my dad’s affinity for indie music on college radio. I’m excited to share my first EP is June 2020- a mix of soul and indie-pop with storytelling at the center.
I’m passionate about community engagement and combining my love of music with my dedication to social justice. When I’ not performing, I teach music lessons with Musical Empowerment and have worked on bringing the arts into the community with Carolina Performing Arts, Yep Roc Records, and Five Head Entertainment.
